Thillery Group, LLC offers a wide range of programs for various events that occur in life. The most common and most popular is an intervention for people using drugs or alcohol. For most people, when they hear the word intervention, they immediately think of intervening on someone with a drug or alcohol problem, however, intervention and information can be an essential tool to providing individuals and families the strategies needed to improve their daily lives.

Our approach to trauma resilience takes students through a step-by-step process where knowledge, resources, identification of behavior, and strategic solutions are combined to allow them to identify trauma at its source, understand its impact on daily life, and develop coping skills to assist them in personal growth. Substance Use
Our substance use intervention program provides participants with a personalized plan in order to help the addict or alcoholic accept help and achieve abstinence and sobriety. In order to achieve a successful outcome. One of the many goals is to better the situation of families, friends, and the individual who has become dependent on substances and destructive behaviors.
Suicide Prevention
Suicide prevention starts with recognizing the warning signs of suicide and taking them seriously. Talking openly about suicidal thoughts and feelings can save a life. Our approach to suicide prevention includes open communication, education, resource, and building a “safe” community that includes family, teachers, counselors, and friends in order to create a village of intervention.
Gang Intervention
Our strategy for gang intervention is a “meet them where they are” approach, meaning that we do not use one method for all. Our intervention is specifically geared to the age and level of understanding of the individual. Primary prevention is for younger children who have not yet developed a pattern of problematic behavior. Secondary prevention, is young people who have displayed some patterns of problematic behavior and are at a higher risk for gang involvement and early intervention, high-risk youth who have come to the attention of their school, community, and the authorities, but have not yet offended to a serious degree (usually middle and high school).

From school children to seniors, studies show that participation in the arts improves lives and strengthens communities, Scientists have determined that music has holistic properties that do everything from improving the mood to reducing symptoms of depression. Our arts program is designed to provide youth with a safe space to express themselves and be their most authentic, creative genuine self. Using opportunities to explore visual and performing art to open their creativity and provoke conversation, youth will gain another tool for communicating their innermost thoughts and feelings.
